I've never taken Pilates before, what should I know. Privates or Classes?+
We offer discounted starter packages to help introduce you to the equipment and the method of pilates. We recommend two to three privates sessions before attending a class.
Who is pilates for?+
We've worked with all ages and fitness levels. Many come in for many reasons, such as improvement in one's sport to the de-conditioned client.
What to wear?+
Comfortable workout attire. We also recommend sticky socks to wear during class. This keeps the equipment clean and you safe during your practice. We offer a Toe Sox collection for purchase.
Do Men do Pilates?+
Of course! Joseph Pilates was a man. Men can definitely benefit from the practice of pilates, such as working on low back and hamstring flexibility to name a few.
How often should I do Pilates?+
We suggest 2-4 times a week. Everybody has different issues and limitations in terms of money and time. You can still see the benefits even with just one class a week.
