Located just one block south of Belmont Park the studio offers high energy to traditional pilates workouts geared to members achieving their desired goals. Pilates Training should complement the individual lifestyle from the weekend warrior to the de-condition client.  Our instructors integrate the original principles of Joseph H. Pilates with the latest research and a wealth of adaptations.  Our class variety, along with the variations it is impossible to get bored. You will see an increase improvement in core strength, functional movement, balance and posture.

As with any new fitness routine “PATIENCE and PERSISTENCE are vital qualities in the successful accomplishment of any worthwhile endeavor”

-Joseph H. Pilates.
